Adeeb Shihadeh 2e9aed768a imgui: add OpenGL3 backend files (#43) ...

Include imgui_impl_opengl3.h, imgui_impl_opengl3.cpp, and
imgui_impl_opengl3_loader.h from the imgui backends/ directory.
These are needed for cabana's Qt/OpenGL-based ImGui integration.
