Ran Benita 5c676aa685 dsession, workermanage: drop handling of pytest_captured_warning
Since d153e0a4c4 the remote doesn't send
events for this hook at all (I think perhaps wrongly, but it's history
by now), so no point in handling it in the coordinator side.

The `pytest-xdist`_ plugin extends pytest with new test execution modes, the most used being distributing
tests across multiple CPUs to speed up test execution::

    pytest -n auto

With this call, pytest will spawn a number of workers processes equal to the number of available CPUs, and distribute
the tests randomly across them.
